As a fifth generation resident of
Bryan-College Station, Gordon Pate
has served the real estate industry for
over 24 years, obtaining experience in
all areas of sales, including residential,
commercial, multi-family and farm
and ranch. For the past 15 years,
he has combined his vast experience
with the partners at On-Line Real
Estate Services to develop and build a
professional sales team that is rooted
within the Brazos Valley.
When asked his feelings on the Reader’s Choice award, his response is simple and straightforward.
“I feel overwhelmed and honored to be chosen by this community as the 2006 Reader’s Choice ‘Best Realtor.’ I appreciate the confidence that these residents have placed in me,” he said.“My business philosophy is equally straightforward. All of our real estate professionals are trained and encouraged in the following aspects: to have as much knowledge about the client’s needs as possible; to maintain current market information at all times; to stay informed about new trends and technology relating to the real estate industry; to treat all clients the way we would want to be treated, that is, with honesty and fairness; and to be accessible to the client, and maintain a business relationship throughout the entire real estate experience.”
With a quarter of a century of
sales behind him, and benchmarks
including consistent yearly multi-million
dollar sales, Pate said he is excited
about his future years in real estate. As
the sales manager for On-Line Real
Estate, he has increased the sales team
to nine licensed agents, all members
of the Multiple Listing Service, and
the local, state and national Board of
Realtors. Several of these agents have
the “GRI” and “ABR” designation
and have much to offer to the industry.
Gordon is constantly in search of
these types of quality individuals to
add to the On-Line team.

client before, during and after a real
estate transaction, to insure that the
customer was satisfied,” he said. “I
