Breakfast at Blue Baker is unique because every bagel, croissant, muffin, or Danish pastry is baked fresh and made from scratch. Our artisan bakers begin the process of making your croissant days before baking by blending the finest ingredients to create our homemade croissant dough. At just the right moment, our artisan baker’s skilled hands add rich and creamy butter, gently folding the layers of dough and butter over and over to create layer upon layer. Eventually, this dough is ready and is shaped into a classic croissant. After three hours of slowly rising, the croissant is baked in our hot oven until perfectly golden brown. You can try our classic croissants with a cup of fresh whole bean coffee, or as a breakfast bacon egg and cheese sandwich. We also serve a variety of freshly baked traditional style bagels served with your choice of cream cheese spreads.
