Voted Best BBQ in The Eagle’s Dining Guide survey for the past 5 years. As the name suggests, C&J’s specialty is barbeque. Brisket, ribs, chicken, pork loin, turkey and sausage, all cooked on rotisserie pits over Texas grown oak for their signature smoky flavor, are the staples of the menu. Nothing too fancy, just good meat. Served with homestyle sides like potato salad, cole slaw, and beans.

C&J Barbeque has served celebrities such as Willie Nelson and Merle Haggard and was chosen as the official caterer for 5th Anniversary of the George Bush Library where they served the former President and his family.

C&J’s Bryan location has banquet rooms available and offers off-site catering. With only 48 hours advance
notice, C&J’s can prepare to-go orders accomodating 1,000 or more guests.
