Brisket, ribs, chicken, pork loin, turkey and sausage, all cooked on rotisserie pits over Texas grown oak for their signature smoky flavor, are the staples of the menu. Over the years C&J Barbeque has served celebrities such as Willie Nelson and Merle Haggard and was chosen as the official caterer for 5th Anniversary of the George Bush Library where they served the former President and his family.

The oldest same family owned restaurant in B-CS, (recently approved for a Texas Historical Marker), Martin’s is owned and operated by Steve Kapchinskie, third generation.
